Top-producing agent Costanza Genoese Zerbi is bringing her Southern California team, Costanza Genoese Zerbi & Associates, to eXp Realty, along with a bold goal: hitting $100 million in sales volume within a year, the firm announced Wednesday.
Operating out of Long Beach and serving key coastal markets such as Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach, Zerbi leads the high-performing team alongside her husband and business partner, Neil Edmonds. Together, they’ve closed over $453 million in sales across 544 properties.

Just last year, Zerbi closed $65 million across 65 units, and she’s aiming to raise the bar even higher. Her sales record has gained her recognition, earning her a spot on RealTrends’ Top 500 list for both volume and transactions.
Zerbi told eXp Realty that she was drawn to the firm’s infrastructure, zero bureaucracy, tools and autonomy.

With nearly a decade in the real estate industry, Zerbi brings a wide range of experience. Before eXp, she was with Y Realty, Redfin and Coldwell Banker-Beachside in roles ranging from broker associate to real estate consultant. Zerbi also has a background in global project management and brand strategy.
