Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) is strengthening its footprint in California through the addition of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Platinum Realty Group, a boutique brokerage based in Tehachapi, California, the firm announced Monday.
Under the leadership of California native Christy Rabe, BHGRE Platinum Realty Group, a tight-knit team of six, brings a track record in both residential and commercial real estate across Kern County.

With over 20 years of experience in California real estate, Rabe has become a multi-million-dollar producer and industry veteran.
Rabe’s journey began in 2005 with Century 21 Mountain Realty. She became an associate broker at Coldwell Banker Best Realty in 2008, where she remained for more than 17 years before launching her own firm, Platinum Realty Group in 2018.
Now, as she affiliates with BHGRE, Rabe says she’s ready to take her team’s success to the next level.
