string(9) "wordpress" Rechat Beefs Up Leadership Roster, Debuts Agent Impersonation Mode | Inman Real Estate News

With revenue rising 100 percent since 2024, Rechat is launching a tool that enables teammates to act on behalf of agents, allowing them to create flyers, schedule open houses and social media and more.

Amid a period of intense growth, real estate artificial intelligence company Rechat announced Tuesday that it has beefed up its tech offerings and added several new hires to its leadership team.

Charlotte Robertson

On the leadership front, the company said in a statement that it picked up Charlotte Robertson, who will serve as vice president of demand generation and growth marketing, as well as Max Zanck, who will serve as a director of sales. The statement notes that “these executives bring deep real estate tech expertise that will help accelerate Rechat’s mission and reach.”

Robertson previously did stints at Inside Real Estate and Boomtown, while Zanck worked in the past at Homes.com and Redfin.

Rechat markets itself as an AI-powered operating platform for real estate professionals. The company launched 10 years ago, but the statement notes that over the last year revenue has grown 100 percent. Additionally, Rechat’s customer base has grown 220 percent year over year, the statement also notes. The firm has more than 75 employees in 18 countries, as well as 16,000 users from companies such as Douglas Elliman, SERHANT., and ONE Sotheby’s.

To match this growth, Rechat also announced in its statement that it has launched enhancements of a product called Agent Impersonation Mode.

“The feature enables admins to act on behalf of agents without switching logins, allowing them to create presentations,” the statement notes.

In a conversation with Inman, Robertson said Agent Impersonation Mode can be used to set up open houses, create a print flyer, scheduling social media and more. “The recent enhancements that we made expanded those use cases,” she added.

The company also recently brought its AI assistant, Lucy, out of beta, Robertson said.

“Lucy is able to do everything from generating market summaries, to writing different blog posts,” Robertson added. “You can even ask her to create a new listing website, and she’ll automatically integrate data straight from the MLS into a beautiful ready to share website.”

Rechat further announced in its statement that it is rolling out a digital ads feature, which “enables agents to convert listing collateral into high-impact digital ad campaigns complete with audience targeting, budget customization and performance tracking without ever leaving the Rechat platform.”

The company’s moves come amid a period of intense attention on real estate technology generally, and artificial intelligence specifically. In recent years numerous companies have rolled out various AI tools for agents, and recent Inman Intel polling has shown that large shares of the industry are using AI to increase productivity.

While speaking with Inman, Robertson said that Rechat has managed to grow at this particular moment thanks to agents who, in some instances are figuring out their own use cases for the technology.

“We’ve got so much love from our clients,” she added, “and that is really what’s led to our success up until this point.”
