Dawson joined Buffini & Company in 2024 as Chief Revenue Officer after co-founding video messaging platform BombBomb, which he grew to more than 100,000 users across 48 countries, according to the company. He has held oversight of product development, marketing and sales since joining.
“My job is to take Brian’s vision and build scalable systems that deliver on it,” Dawson said.
Earlier this year, Dermot Buffini, Brian Buffini’s brother, announced that he would step down from his CEO post after a 13-year tenure, at which time Brian took the reins as chairman and CEO. At the time, Dermot said he would move into the role of board advisor and international brand ambassador, with responsibilities across “international growth, fostering sponsorship and partnership strategies, and scheduling speaking engagements with industry leaders.”
Buffini & Company describes itself as North America’s largest real estate coaching and training company, with more than 4 million professionals served across 47 countries.
