Inman, the real estate industry’s foremost source of news and information, today announced the winners of its 2026 Future Leaders in Real Estate Awards, honoring the most promising professionals under the age of 40 who are driving innovation, leadership and meaningful change across the industry.
Now in its third year, the Future Leaders program continues to gain momentum, with more than 80 nominations submitted from across the real estate ecosystem. This year’s honorees represent a new wave of talent redefining how real estate is bought, sold, marketed and experienced.
Selected through a multi-month public nomination process, winners span five categories: agents, teams and brokers; marketing and sales; mortgage and finance; technology and data; and advocates for change. Each honoree was recognized for their impact, leadership and forward-thinking contributions to the industry.
