About Branden
Branden is the President and Co-Founder of The Beverly Hills Estates. With a career record of over $18 billion in sales alongside his partner and wife, Rayni Williams, Branden specializes in high-end real estate. Born and raised in Beverly Hills, he brings a unique “hometown” advantage to his brand, possessing an intimate knowledge of the local real estate market. Branden's innovative marketing approach, steadfast loyalty, and
relentless drive have earned him numerous accolades, including recognition from The Wall Street Journal’s Top-Producing Agents, Variety’s Real Estate Elite, and The Hollywood Reporter’s Top Real Estate Agents. He met his wife, Rayni Romito, while working at his first brokerage firm, and together they launched Williams & Williams Estates Group in 2006. As a power duo, they represent high-profile clients like Markus Persson, Dr. Dre, Jennifer Lopez, and Bruce Willis, handling some of the world’s most notable listings, such as the $94 million sale of 924 Bel Air Rd and a private Malibu estate sold for $110 million. Branden’s passion for sales began early, helping his father sell sheepskin and cowhide rugs on Fairfax Avenue at age 7. This experience nurtured his entrepreneurial spirit, which he further developed while working in customer service and entertainment during his studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology in Los Angeles. He seamlessly transitioned his passion for fashion and style into the realms of architecture, design, and ultimately, luxury real estate. Branden has also been a sought-after voice in real estate, providing expert commentary for national media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Fox Business, ABC News, People, CNN, and CBS Money. An active member of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, he supports organizations such as MOCA, CHLA, UCLA, Baby2Baby, and
the Cayton Children’s Museum.
