A passionate advocate for inclusion, Lindsay has played a role in developing and leading initiatives like Coldwell Banker’s Inclusive Ownership Program, currently serves as an executive chair for Anywhere’s What Moves Her, and founded Realogy’s Next Gen employee resource group.
