Compass Florida is expanding its reach even further into Southwest Florida’s luxury real estate market with the opening of a brand new office in the heart of downtown Naples, the brokerage announced Wednesday.
The Stabile Group, led by real estate expert Karen Stabile, will be joining the new space.

Located at 837 5th Avenue South, the two-story, 2,400-square-foot office is set to house over 300 agents and staff under the leadership of Principal Broker and Managing Director for Compass Florida Adam Vellano and Sales Manager Clark T. Minker.
“This new office is a testament to our commitment to supporting our agents, elevating the client experience and shaping the future of real estate in Naples,” Vellano said in a statement. “Naples has always been a key market for Compass. Expanding our presence here further reinforces our commitment to serving this thriving community and its growing population.”
Stabile’s expertise in Naples’ luxury market is expected to be a major asset for Compass. She’s been ranked among Real Producer’s Top 500 Agents for the past two years and specializes in some of the city’s most prestigious neighborhoods — Old Naples and many of the city’s luxury golf communities — Talis Park, Grey Oaks and Mediterra.
With Compass, The Stabile Group will gain access to the firm’s technology, marketing strategies and referral network.

“The decision to transition to Compass stems from our commitment to providing the highest level of service and value to our clients,” Stabile said. “Joining Compass will enable us to better access a broader array of resources, streamline our processes and better tap into emerging national markets.”
This expansion comes as Compass continues to grow, now boasting over 33,000 agents nationwide.
News swirled recently about Compass potentially purchasing Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS), which would bring over 37,700 agents. Despite numerous reports, BHHS CEO Gino Blefari has since issued a statement denying that discussions, agreements or negotiations to sell the company have occurred.
