Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate

Connecticut indie brokerage Executive Real Estate Inc. has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate as BHGRE Executive Real Estate. The firm has more than 120 agents who serve buyers and sellers throughout Glastonbury, Old Saybrook and Enfield. The firm is led by founding broker Amy Rio and her leadership team, Kevin Greenberg, Maggie Damato, and Steve Ellis.

“As an independent owner-operator, I’m proud of what I’ve been able to build, but now, with the support of a global organization, we have limitless potential,” Rio said in a written statement. “From the structure of the network to the seamless technology stack to the national reach of the BH&G brand, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is unmatched, and we’re all ready for this next chapter of our firm’s story.”

Coldwell Banker

LA-based Coldwell Banker affiliate Coldwell Banker Envision has added the sports-and-entertainment real estate team iKONIC to its roster. IKONIC founder Anthony Nguyen has been in the industry for more than 20 years and is the co-founder of Score First, a program designed to help Division I and professional athletes build long-term wealth through real estate investing. Nguyen and his team of 20 agents will build the foundation of CB Envision’s new sports and entertainment division.

“Under Luis Carrion’s leadership, Coldwell Banker Envision has created a culture where top talent can grow with intention,” Jason Waugh, president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, said in a press release. Anthony Nguyen and his team exemplify that entrepreneurial spirit, and we’re excited to see them thrive and further elevate our presence across Southern California.”

Portside Real Estate

New England real estate veteran Giselle Caridi has joined Portside Real Estate. Caridi has been in the industry for more than a decade, serving buyers and sellers throughout Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Maine.

“I joined Portside Real Estate Group because of its strong reputation for professionalism, collaboration, and a client-first approach,” she said in an emailed statement. “The company’s culture aligns with how I believe real estate should be practiced with integrity, intention, and a commitment to delivering a refined client experience.”

Senné

Senné has added residential sales, development, and investment associates Gina Carme, Karen McLaine, Alissa Parziale, and Teri Kirkland to its roster. The boutique firm now has 65 agents and more than 100 financial and real estate experts across three offices in Boston, New York and Washington, D.C.
