Homebuyers are becoming increasingly wary of artificial intelligence, even as the technology becomes more embedded in the homebuying process.
A new Cotality survey shows homebuyer trust in AI has dropped sharply from last year, with buyers demanding more control and still leaning on human expertise for the decisions that matter most. That’s good news for real estate agents, but it’s also a warning that as AI use in the industry increases, consumers are expecting more transparency.
