Rechat is taking aim at one of real estate’s most persistent operational gaps: inconsistent service referrals.
On Wednesday, the Austin, Texas-based proptech firm announced the launch of its Service Network, a new feature designed to help brokerages manage and scale how agents introduce clients to ancillary service providers like mortgage lenders, title companies and insurers. The tool is available immediately to all Rechat users.
Embedding the referrals into the workflow
At its core, Service Network is about control — and consistency.

Brokerage leaders can define which providers appear inside the platform and how they are presented, while agents retain discretion over when and whether to introduce those partners to clients. The system is embedded directly into Rechat’s AI-powered operating system, eliminating the need for separate referral tools or manual tracking.

“The industry has long treated ancillary services as a CRM checkbox or a manual referral,” Shayan Hamidi, CEO at Rechat, said in a statement. “Service Network was built to solve that breakdown at scale by embedding service engagement directly into the workflows agents use every day. It turns service introductions from an inconsistent experience into a reliable one for every client.”
That shift reflects a push across proptech to move beyond fragmented tools and toward unified platforms that can operationalize more parts of the transaction lifecycle.
Fixing the follow-through problem
While most brokerages already maintain networks of preferred vendors, execution often varies widely at the agent level. According to Rechat, the issue isn’t access to providers but the lack of a system to consistently surface those relationships at the right moment in the client journey.
“Every brokerage has a trusted network. What most don’t have is a system to put that network in front of clients consistently,” said Audie Chamberlain, Rechat’s VP of strategic growth and communications. “That’s the problem Service Network solves, and it’s the kind of infrastructure our operating system can own.”
Service Network attempts to solve that by integrating referrals directly into the same environment agents use to manage deals, communications and marketing. Brokerages already using Rechat say the integration could streamline a process that has historically relied on memory, timing and manual follow-up.
“At Nest Realty, we’re always looking for ways to make the experience better for our clients and agents, and having our trusted vendors integrated right into our daily workflow is a huge win,” said Jonathan Kauffmann, founder of Nest Realty. “We’re thrilled to see Rechat launch Service Network. It takes the guesswork out of the process for our agents and makes it incredibly easy for them to connect clients with the right pros at exactly the right time.”
Built into the system, not added on
The launch underscores a larger trend in real estate tech: the race to become the central operating system for brokerages.
Rather than adding another standalone referral tool, Rechat is positioning Service Network as an infrastructure that lives inside the agent’s existing workflow and standardizes behavior across an organization.
That approach could have implications beyond referrals. If brokerages can more reliably connect clients with affiliated services, it opens the door to stronger partnerships, improved client experiences and potentially new revenue streams.
