Connecticut-based family brokerage William Raveis has launched Raveis365+, an artificial intelligence-fueled customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform powered by Cloze.
Raveis365+ centers on the Cloze Intelligence Engine, which manages databases and lead generation funnels, using AI to organize contact information from multiple sources, determine the best time to reconnect with a potential client, and create a “nurture sequence” that enables agents to engage their database through email, text, and calls.
Agents will have access to Maia, Cloze’s AI assistant that handles backend tasks, including updating client contacts, drafting emails and scheduling meetings. Agents can activate Maia via text or voice commands and direct Maia to work with integrated tools such as SkySlope and MAXA Designs.

“AI only earns its place in an agent’s day if it makes that day genuinely better — not more complicated,” Cloze CEO and co-founder Dan Foody said in a prepared statement. “The brokerages that will thrive are the ones that use AI to deepen relationships, not weaken them.”
“William Raveis has built one of the most respected brokerages in the country on the strength of personal relationships — and Raveis365+ keeps the personal touch at the center of those relationships, expanding the circle of support,” he added.
Cloze said a third of William Raveis’ 4,500 agents have been onboarded since March, a positive sign that agents are finding value in the platform.

“William Raveis is taking a forward‑looking approach — investing strategically and with the agents’ long‑term success in mind,” William Raveis Co-President Ryan Raveis said in a statement. “This mindset is guiding our application of AI and advanced analytics … carefully, purposefully, and always in service of saving our agents time and increasing efficiency.”
The brokerage said the platform also benefits consumers, as listing agents will be able to create and deploy “targeted” digital marketing campaigns that more easily attract buyers and brokers. Meanwhile, buyers’ agents will be able to provide their clients with quicker access to market data and trends, including new listings, price reductions and homes under contract, giving them a competitive edge.
“Luxury customer service in real estate and AI innovation go hand in hand,” Raveis said. “Raveis365+ is the first-mover advantage that sets them apart.”
